In Boston
Made it to Boston, settled in at plum and enjoying the high speed access.
Started playing with the voice server, dial 617-712-3061. The cool thing about this is that all the code exists on my own server, I can update from anywhere. Just playing around with text to speech at the moment. The system has a couple of characters to choose from. Trying to think of how to incorporate these characters with the existing film audio characters. The advantage of TTS is that dialog is not limited to audio snippits, and can be generated on the fly, snagged from web pages, entered via a public web interface, etc...
